Spend a total of 2½ hours each day receiving intensive training in the finer techniques of that sport from highly qualified instructors. In addition, select up to two "minor" sports and receive at least 1½ hours of training per day in each. Choose from baseball/softball, basketball, tennis, golf (minor only), soccer, or football (non-tackle, co-ed). Bring a bagged lunch every day.
